End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Meiratic ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for the Universal APK Installer mobile application (the "App") and any associated services (the "Services").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on one or more compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

The App, including all content, features, code, design, and associated materials, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Meiratic and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Meiratic.

3. User Responsibilities

A. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to download, store, and install any `.apk`, `.xapk`, `.apks`, or `.apkm` package files onto your device using our App. We do not host, check, or distribute any third-party software packages, and we are not responsible for any damages caused by malicious, corrupted, or unauthorized packages you choose to install.

B. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the App;
  • Use the App to install unauthorized, pirated, or malicious software;
  • Use the App to circumvent Android device security, including but not limited to bypassing Play Protect or other security restrictions.

4. Third-Party Software

The App facilitates the installation of third-party `.apk`, `.xapk`, `.apks`, and `.apkm` package files. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any third-party software installed via the App. Such software is subject to its own terms, licenses, and privacy policies. You assume full responsibility for any third-party software you choose to install using our App.

5. Services Availability

The App may offer various service options, such as file scanning and other utility extensions. The availability of some features is contingent upon active internet connectivity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service within the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

6. Updates to the App

We may from time to time release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Such updates may be required to continue using the App and may be subject to additional or amended terms. Your continued use of the App following any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULTS, RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY ANDROID DEVICE AND VERSION.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable law, including Portuguese and EU consumer protection law.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEIRATIC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE, OR DEVICE FAILURES).

BECAUSE OUR APP FACILITATES INSTALLATIONS FROM COMPRESSED PACKAGE FORMATS CONTAINING MULTIPLE SEPARATE APK OR OBB FILES, YOU ASSUME ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE COMPATIBILITY AND INTEGRITY OF ANY PACKAGE FILE INSTALLED VIA THIS APP.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable law, including Portuguese and EU consumer protection law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meiratic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your installation of any third-party software via the App.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your device.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Meiratic regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
